Sidewalk to Shopping Center Empty Sidewalk to Shopping Center

I'm surprised that this complex doesn't have walking path to newly build shopping center and the shopping center that we can see from our balconies are not accessible through sidewalk. I think it would be nice to walk to Tangers Outlets instead of driving.
